THE APARTMENT
	The apartment is situated on a new development which has 2 swimming pools, a sun/play area and ground floor parking. This is our home in Spain and has been furnished and fitted for comfort and convenience, for both ourselves and our guests who rent this apartment for their break.

	THE LOUNGE/DINER The patio doors of the lounge lead directly onto the large patio area which provides a second living area for the apartment. The apartment is equipped with Satellite tv (sky UK freeview channels), video and DVD The lounge is comfortably furnished with seating for 6, with 2 leather sofas and a large stool and has a dining area as well
	THE BEDROOMS The Master bedroom has an extra large king size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. Fitted wardrobes are a feature of each bedoom with further draw space for all your clothes

	BATHROOMS All bed linen, & towels are supplied. The Master bedroom has a full bathroom ensuite, with a shower over the bath. The guest bedroom has full shower room next door.
	CHOOSE THE SIZE OF YOUR BEDS Both bedrooms have single beds that zip together to make a large double bed, or 2 singles. This provides 5 separate beds(with the double divan sofa bed in the lounge) for families or groups of friends(i.e golf parties)
	KITCHEN & UTILITY ROOM The Kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob full oven with extractor, dishwasher, and microwave The kitchen is equipped as if you were at home. There is a utility room with a washing machine etc.
